Yes, it’s true. But what’s it all about?
Just about 3 minutes and 45 seconds to read, maybe a bit more if you savor every word.
Maybe it’s about you too?
Let me know how it resonates…
I believe that everyone has their own unique, beautiful energy, their special approach, and way of sharing knowledge and experience. I believe there’s no real competition because no one can replicate my way of working, my voice, my touch. Either you have it within you, or you don’t. I have the gift of seeing and hearing what a story is truly about – and recognizing how to find its solution.
Beyond deep intuition and experience, I possess a vast amount of knowledge, which I constantly expand. I blend different methods to provide the greatest benefits for the people I meet. I’ve taken various courses, only to discover that not all of them were right for me or my clients – each step taught me something essential.
And yet… HE, THAT VOICE, appears unexpectedly, “like a thief in the night.” It sneaks in silently, without warning, trying to steal away my confidence, my dreams, my stability, my joy. It whispers persistently, seeking to shake my faith:
- Give up; you won’t succeed. You won’t make a living from this. Look how many people are doing the same thing as you… they’re right on your heels. This work of yours, this passion and all your ideas – they’re pointless. Who cares about them, pffft…
Does he sometimes visit you too?
You know, THAT VOICE can linger and echo, repeating discouraging words, “rubbing his hands” with a sarcastic smile, hoping I’ll eventually believe him.
Where does he get these messages?
From me. He absorbs them from temporary moments of doubt, weakness, exhaustion, a lack of faith, too little sleep, poor nutrition, gathering them all to fire back at the most unexpected moments.
- You dreamed up sound therapy, waving those tuning forks around. Don’t you see how silly you look?
This voice knows how to hit vulnerable spots…
- Do you think people will actually change their lives for the better? Do you believe they’ll become more aware of life’s signs after meeting you? Are you really that naive?
Naive…
I’ve heard that word more than once because I believe in goodness, in change, and above all, in the power of people to accomplish great things. I believe that when one person makes life-enhancing decisions, it positively impacts everyone they connect with.
I believe that a parent who calms their nervous system, practices breathing techniques, heals. We are ALL interconnected within an energetic field. With others, with our children, with our partners, we create electromagnetic circuits. It’s easy to see that this work supports us and enriches our relationships.
I believe that a holistic approach – viewing the person as a whole, not just focusing on their pain – can lead to faster healing. Recognizing the root causes allows us to stop repeating them, initiating real healing that can be maintained over time.
Yes, I believe in goodness.
I believe in love.
I also believe in walking away from places that stifle our boundless potential.
You can, and you have it within you, too. I believe in you because I see you and your possibilities.
And if this is naivety, I choose to be “naive” to the very end of my days! After all, I was given the name Renata – meaning one who is curious, joyful, and kind-hearted. Renata, reborn, like a Phoenix rising from the ashes.
…The air in the room has grown lighter.
The voice fell silent.
It whispered one last thing, slyly (as if it would choke if it didn’t) – until next time… I’ll be back.
Let it return, if that’s its role – oh, it even rhymes!
As for me, I’ll focus on my work, my mission, reminding everyone I meet along life’s path – YOU HAVE POWER WITHIN YOU, and all the answers you seek reside within. If you don’t yet have access to them, I’d be honored to accompany you with ideas to help uncover them so that you can face that VOICE or any obstacles on your journey with courage and live your life.
The inspiration for this text is Agnieszka Janowska, who asked a certain question. I’ll post it in the comments along with my response.
Sending gratitude for your presence and for trying anew each day. Thank you for reading until the end.
Remember – you are unique, one of a kind, and there is no one else like you.
